Fingal Chamber Awards!
Fingal Chamber organises an annual Awards event to recognise and reward business
excellence across all business sectors.The IGate customer service team was nominated
alongside Keogh’s Crisps, Pavilions Shopping Centre, and Osborne Recruitment for ‘Team of
the Year’. Of course, we were so proud to even be nominated and invited to such an incredible
event alongside so many of our peers. So, you can imagine how tremendous the excitement
was when Marty Whelan called out ‘IGATE Customer Service Team’ to receive the Team of the
Year Award! 🏆
Massive Congratulations to Sandra Ronan, Mairead Kennedy, Louise Caffrey , Caroline Sherry
& Lynsey Carthy. It’s been a great journey to get to this level & we plan on adding plenty more
awards in the coming years. We pride ourselves on setting the standard in customer service
within our industry and it was great to beat off some serious competition and bring home the
award.At IGate we honestly believe it is the quality of our customer service that ensures the
longevity of customer relationships. No matter how big or small your business is, we believe that
everyone deserves the highest possible level of service.
Customers are at the heart of every business decision we make, and by putting them first in
every stage of our planning process, we are able to build quality relationships that last. After all,
without customers, there is no business. Receiving the ‘Team of the Year’ award was a great
achievement, but in truth it just confirms that the steps we are taking at IGate to provide a fully
rounded and satisfying customer experience have put us on the right path. To have such
recognition from beyond our own industry to the local business scene means so much, not just
for our customer service team (who deserve the biggest cheers of all) but to every single one of
us here. If your business supplies provider isn’t giving you the 5 star service that you deserve,
well… you know what to do.
