We are doing more with your support! We are proud to announce our latest charity donation of €2000.00 to Barretstown.  At IGate, we pride ourselves on working closely with our charity partners to support the  amazing and much needed work that they do!​ We are delighted that we have chosen Barretstown as our charity partner. We are also delighted to have  the opportunity to start giving back to such a special organisation who are very dear to us.​ Barretstown is a specially-designed camp in County Kildare, that provides Therapeutic Recreation  programs for children with serious and often life-threatening illnesses and their families – supported  behind the scenes by 24 hour on site medical and nursing care.  The camp offers children and their families the chance to take part in a range of adventurous activities in  a fun and supportive environment. In 2023, it will cost €8 million to run their therapeutic camps and  programmes. All of the children and families come to Barretstown free of charge. Everything, including  accommodation, food and medical assistance are provided at no cost to the family.​ Volunteering at Barretstown really is an unforgettable experience:  Volunteers at Barretstown are  known as Caras, the Irish word for friend. Barretstown volunteers help  support and encourage each child to take part in all aspects of camp, while making sure they’re safe and supervised at all times. And most  importantly you will help them to have fun! We urge anyone who has some spare time to consider  volunteering with Barretstown, It is such a rewarding experience.   Barretstown is supported by donations and the fundraising efforts of corporate supporters, individuals  and community groups.  We are looking forward to raising more much needed funds for this special charity, providing them with as much support as possible.  Please visit their website for information about their programs and ways to donate:   https://www.barretstown.org/​

Fingal Chamber Awards! Fingal Chamber organises an annual Awards event to recognise and reward business  excellence across all business sectors.The IGate customer service team was nominated  alongside Keogh’s Crisps, Pavilions Shopping Centre, and Osborne Recruitment for ‘Team of  the Year’. Of course, we were so proud to even be nominated and invited to such an incredible  event alongside so many of our peers. So, you can imagine how tremendous the excitement  was when Marty Whelan called out ‘IGATE Customer Service Team’ to receive the Team of the  Year Award! 🏆​ Massive Congratulations to Sandra Ronan, Mairead Kennedy, Louise Caffrey , Caroline Sherry  & Lynsey Carthy. It’s been a great journey to get to this level & we plan on adding plenty more  awards in the coming years. We pride ourselves on setting the standard in customer service  within our industry and it was great to beat off some serious competition and bring home the  award.At IGate we honestly believe it is the quality of our customer service that ensures the  longevity of customer relationships. No matter how big or small your business is, we believe that  everyone deserves the highest possible level of service.  Customers are at the heart of every business decision we make, and by putting them first in  every stage of our planning process, we are able to build quality relationships that last. After all,  without customers, there is no business. Receiving the ‘Team of the Year’ award was a great  achievement, but in truth it just confirms that the steps we are taking at IGate to provide a fully  rounded and satisfying customer experience have put us on the right path. To have such  recognition from beyond our own industry to the local business scene means so much, not just  for our customer service team (who deserve the biggest cheers of all) but to every single one of  us here. If your business supplies provider isn’t giving you the 5 star service that you deserve,  well… you know what to do.
